Participatory performance, wall painting, drawing diaries, candles

As part of the Open Studios at MeetFactory in Prague, I made an installation meant to create a bond between the public and myself while I shared my drawing diaries. Leafing through the very personal pages of these sketchbooks – about two hundred A4 drawings – an intimate space was created with which the visitor was invited to interact.
The result was that visitors began analyzing my drawings out loud, creating stories from the abstract images and texts. They also shared their own stories with me, talking about work, their love lives, their personal goals and dreams.
